Once you reach out, I’ll get to work coordinating with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, cruise lines, and tour operators to build a custom trip that fits your exact needs.
Your trip will be sent to you electronically in a detailed, easy-to-follow itinerary. From there, we can connect in person, over the phone, or online to make any adjustments — whether it’s changing dates, adding travel insurance, or upgrading experiences.
When you're happy with the plan, we’ll go over your payment options. You can typically choose from:
- Paying in full at the time of booking.
- Deferring payment (deposit now, balance later).
- Monthly payments via a third-party service like Affirm.
A small planning fee may be charged for my services to help offset the cost of business.
Leading up to your departure, I’ll send you helpful reminders and to-dos to keep everything on track. I also monitor your bookings for any changes, before and during your trip, so you’re never caught off guard.
